Owner Building
With the Maxi-Steel Homes standard kit components and detailed frame &
truss layout directions, if you have the time and practical skills then why not
take on the challenge of owner building? Components are delivered in stages
with the wall frames and roof trusses pre-fabricated for easy standing on site.
The entire frame can usually be erected in a weekend. The Owner builder course
can be completed by correspondence at your own pace.
Owner Managing
The perfect option if you don’t have the practical skills to perform the
building work yourself. Following the completion of the owner builder course,
you can then direct the building process, utilizing your own qualified
tradesmen. Maxi-Steel Homes will arrange delivery of materials to your site in
stages and our professional builder consultants are available to provide
on-going advice.
Licensed Builder
When you don’t have the time or practical skills let us build your home for
you. Once settled on the design you need not be involved until it is ready to
move into. You still have complete design flexibility and the choice from a
wide variety of products and materials with the ongoing support from our
trained staff. Sit back and enjoy the workmanship of highly trained and
experienced professionals.
Built To Lockup
If you like the idea of being involved in the construction of your new home,
but need a bit of a kick start, why not get us to build your home to lock-up
stage. This is another of the options with Maxi-Steel Homes. We will do all the
major build with you then finishing the home yourself, or employing your own
contractors to finish the home. Lock-up stage is when the shell of the home is
complete but the internal lining and fix-out is to be finished.
