about individual tastes, budget constraints, and lifestyle requirements long
before pen is put to paper. Once a design is settled on and contracts are
signed, the consultation process is ongoing throughout the term of the project.
The company's in-house interior designer and building co-ordinator works
closely with clients in choosing colours, finishes and fittings, even
accompanying them on visits to suppliers and the kitchen cabinetmaker. Rather
than simply telling clients what they can and can't have in their new home,
Maxi-Steel encourages participation at every stage of the design and
construction process. The result is a home tailor made to the tastes and style
